4. Payments & Refund Policy

4.2 Refunds

Refunds are not provided for completed or ongoing services.
Refunds may only be issued if no work has been started.

5. Revisions Policy

Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

We are not liable for issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting errors, or post-delivery modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

InnieDigital is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Website downtime
  • Security breaches caused by third-party tools
  • Client-side changes that cause errors

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a project if:

  • A client violates these terms
  • Required information is not provided
  • Unprofessional behavior or abuse occurs

No refunds will be provided for terminated projects with completed work.
